Kojima Watch: Metal Gear Weather Sim is his new project photo

Really, there's only so much we can say about what's going on at Kojima's teaser page. I guess we'll hear about it in another seven hours and change, right? Well, I'm putting my hat in for guessing what the new Metal Gear title is.

That's right. It's going to be a Metal Gear weather simulator. You'll get to play as Big Boss, crawling through the lush forests of Vietnam, as it goes from dawn 'till the blackest of nights. Through, rain, sleet, and snow, you'll encounter incredibly lifelike foliage and water generation that will make you thirsty. And don't worry, Snake won't get hungry: so you don't need to worry about hunting for food. All that processing power is going into the water effects, anyways.

I'm totally right on the money, aren't I?

Gray (Fox) with a chance of rain...

Stormy with periodic Raiden (Lightening ...

Afterwards, mild and Sunny.

Sunny is the ninja.

@Tubatic

OMG NEXT CYBORG NINJA CONFIRMED

That said, my theory:

Metal Gear game featuring Raiden as he [SPOILER]attempts to recover Big Boss' remains from the Patriots, then his conversion to cyborg ninja by same[/spoilers].

@ unangbangkay

I don't think that really requires spoiler tags, if it happens in like the first quarter of the game I thought it didn't count as a spoiler anyway

And I would totally agree with your theory if the two teaser images weren't of Grey Fox and some dude that Kojima said was NOT Big Boss

i just look at that screen and know that whatever Kojima announces, it will have nothing to do with the screen.

Here it is, and you guys can all thank me when Kojima confirms that I'm right:

The "8" can stand for Metal Gear 8, since there have been 7 in the series that are canon

Metal Gear
Metal Gear 2
Metal Gear Solid
Metal Gear Solid 2
Metal Gear Solid 3
Metal Gear Portable Ops
Metal Gears Solid 4

VR Missions and Acid 1 and 2 don't count since I said before, they aren't canon.

But, that's not an 8 up there. It's actually a 5 and a 2 overlaying each other because Kojima sneaky like that. Metal Gear 8 is actually Metal Gear Solid 5 and Metal Gear Portable Ops 2. So the picture of Big Boss will probably be for Portable Ops 2 and the picture of Sunnyborg Ninja (I coined the term, credit goes to me) is for Metal Gear Solid 5.

You guys can all thank me whenever Kojima pats me on the back, gives me a gold star, and confirms my confirmation that I'm right.

except that 8 could also be the kanji for sun or day.
