Livin' in the virtual console world

I never did play Klonoa. It looks alright, save for the boring as heck art style, at least as far as environments, platforms, and backgrounds go. The animation is quite nice, though.

Is there a Klonoa that is the best Klonoa? Is this particular Klonoa good? I don't klano. You can download it on May 22 to find out for yourself. SQUIDS Odyssey is also coming to Wii U this week. It has squids! That's all I know.
