I'm with k1ng jordan on this one; Linkin Park is hella innovative. They keep coming up with new ways of sounding like shit every year.
And here ladies and gentlemen is the Linkin Park fan. A strange creature no? Scientist have yet to determine whether he truly believes Linkin Park is "innovative" or if he simply and literally can not see the truth. Like a colorblind dog almost. Nevertheless he is a cute pet and always adds the right amount of "that guy" to any party.
Again, how creative of you to make yourself sound a bit more retarded than the others. I'll never understand the reason for hating on a band that actually CARES about being different. Just because they aren't like your Disturbed or Nine Inch Nails doesn't make them bad. Lord have mercy on your all's souls... Seriously.
Linkin Park is an awful band but it translates well to DJ Hero- why people would want any of that shit on GH/RB is beyond me. When I have money I'll definitely pick up this DLC.

@Xzyliac: Come on now. Linkin Park provides an excellent soundtrack for lots of life's little moments. Playing that Yu-Gi-Oh card game in the aisles of the teen fiction section of your local library. Browsing the sale rack at Hot Topic. Looking wistfully off into the distance while mom runs into Wal-Mart to get some groceries. Shifting your pants so the erection you inexplicably have at your cousin's baby shower doesn't show. Trying not to think about your parents having oral sex. Hating the Twilight movies. Loving the Twilight movies. Feeling slim in all black. Discovering Suicide Girls. Shopping for a chain wallet that defines you as an individual. The list just goes on and on.

Anywho, aside from the Reanimation album, I've always hated Linkin Park (and K1NG J0RDAN, I advise you stay away from my Stereotoid review of their newest album), but I can say that they would probably work rather well in the DJ Hero setup of music mixing. I've just never enjoyed Chester and always thought they were one of those bands that should really break up and pursue other interests, since certain member's talents are being wasted in such a pile of mediocrity. Mike Shinoda already proved that when Fort Minor hit the scene, and few people could argue Mr. Hahn's mixing abilities.

Apparently none of you have heard their latest album. If THAT sounds like their last stuff, you all are def. Seriously, A Thousand Suns is a remarkable album. Haters gonna hate. If you all knew just a slim amount of info or watched LP's making of videos, you'd just see how great they really are.
Also, since we're already turning this comments section into a diatribe about how much we don't like these respective bands, I'm gonna say that Kiss was nothing more then an average-to-subpar band with a well-marketed gimmick and I've never much liked them either...though Love Gun is a bitchin' song. Especially the live version.

KIng Jordan, when have the majority of people ever been right about something? Hardly ever. I'd like to do a little experiment here, can you tell us any other bands you like?
Beastie Boys, Beck, Breaking Benjamin, Beatles, Cage The Elephant, Dead By Sunrise, Foo Fighters, Franz Ferdinand, Gorillaz, Fort Minor, Journey, Muse, Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, Red, A perfect circle, 30 Seconds to Mars, Disturbed. There is alot more but I'm done listing.

I was never wanting to fight (especially during the holidays) but LP was my first favorite band (and still is) and it's just who I am. I can't just turn my back on that.
For the record, I ain't said anything about your taste in music. I'm a better man than that. But Linkin Park is putrid.

I use to like Linkin Park, then I turned 17. You want a band that is innovative and different? Go with Primus.
I like them, put I'm not a crazed fan, just my taste for music jumps all over the place. (but never in country)
