You saw that delightful trailer for the new Kirby 3DS game, right? I keep replaying it for the adorable music. We've since found out that this title is called Kirby: Triple Deluxe and, at least in Japan, it'll be releasing on January 11, 2014.

Perhaps more pressing, however, is Kirby's face in this box art from the official Japanese website. He's ... he's not supposed to be angry! Please, Kirby, no! Don't murder my family!

As much as I like the series, it's usually the same old stuff, for better or worse. That said, we've been needing a Kirby on 3DS and this looks like a proper installment. I'll gladly take it.

Kirby Triple Deluxe is out (and good) and this trailer -- the full version of this one -- is so well done I might just buy two copies.
