Kirby Returns To Dreamland

Kirby's Return to Dreamland trailer is simply beautiful

I absolutely adored Kirby's Epic Yarn, but there's something very special about seeing Kirby going back to his classic style in a game that goes back to the series' roots. It also helps that Kirby's Return to Dreamland looks incredibly special.

It makes me wish that Nintendo hadn't almost completely abandoned the Wii this year, because stuff like this is going to make an excellent swansong for the system. I just hope enough of us gamers give a crap. I know I'll be there, that's for sure.

In any case, this trailer makes me smile, like almost everything involving Kirby does. I have a feeling it's going to be a wonderful title.

Kirby Wii to be called Kirby Returns to Dreamland

The new Kirby Wii game, which has so far gone by the imaginative name of Kirby Wii, has finally been granted an official title -- Kirby Returns to Dreamland.  Due out this Fall, Kirby Returns to Dreamland brings Kirby, Dedede, Meta Knight and a Waddle Dee together for co-op platforming silliness. It looks like a great time and I can't wait to sperm all over it.more

Namco has made another Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures

Coming to PS3, 360, Wii U, and 3DS this fall, a sequel to "an emotionless venture that's devoid of any soul or effort." I guess Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, which is based on the new Pac-Man television series, did well enough to warrant a sequel.more

Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day: A confusing mess of things I like

I finally got to play Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day last week. The lovechild of Suda 51, Tokyo Jungle director Yohei Kataoka, Silent Hill sound director Akira Yamaoka, and a bunch of other Japanese development talent, I've fo...more

That Banjo-Kazooie spiritual successor 'fell to bits'

Too good to be true, I worried, when first hearing about a spiritual successor to the Banjo-Kazooie series that was to be made by former Rare staffers. "Mingy Jongo." Perhaps that name still rests in your memory. I had forgot...more
