Square Enix recently announced that it will be bringing Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep to America this Summer. The prequel to the original Kingdom Hearts game will be out exclusively for the PlayStation Portable and will feature new areas such as Sleeping Beauty's Enchanted Dominion, the Dwarf Woodlands from Snow White and you'll even be going to outer space in the Lilo and Stitch level.
Birth by Sleep follows Terra, Ventus and Aqua as they take on the evil threat and you'll need to play through the game as all three characters in order to get the full picture. There will also be four-multiplayer modes called Versus, Arena, Command Board and Rumble Racing. The American release will see extra content too, such as an additional boss and new multiplayer features.
I'm really excited to play the Lilo and Stitch level. Who's looking forward to the latest chapter in Kingdom Hearts?

I attempted to replay Kingdom Hearts 2 again... I got to The Pirates of the Caribbean and Little Mermaid levels and got completely put off by all of the shittiness.... hearts and darkness...

Yeah, KH games all have a point, rather late in the game, in which they actually get good.
KH1 was Hollow Bastion. Don't remember what it was in 2, though.

Kingdom Hearts is such a god damn guilty pleasure. Yes the dialogue's mediocre, yes the combat isn't that difficult, yes the characters aren't drastically original and yes the story isn't complex but it's so ENJOYABLE.
Plus, it was like, one of the first of 5 games I owned for my PS2.
Oh god, I hope this will be true. I'd 'love' to see it with launch day PSN availability...
SquareEnix didn't release it on PSN in Japan though..
Don't get your hopes too high...... Only the new Monster Hunter and Peace Walker are confirmed so far.
