The price is a bit much...but I've never played any Kingdom Hearts game, and even I'd be tempted by that kind of package. Bring it down to $80-90, and we'll talk.
Honestly, the best thing they could do for 10th anniversary edition is to announce Kingdom Hearts 3 for WiiU/PS3/360 releasing.. let's say 2013?
How about a 10th anniversary HD collection consisting of KH 1&2 final mix, Re:chain of memories, and BBS final mix for PS3 and 360 purddy puleezuh?
It's worth noting that Japan is paying around 80 dollars for the base game so it's no different than the 150$ KZ3 CE for example.

Definitely not worth the money, and that's coming from a hardcore Kingdom Hearts fan. I'd much rather import a Japanese 3DS + KH3D than spend on this. I find it a bit lacking that this 10th Anniversary Box includes an Ultimate Hits edition of a KH game <<. I know that doesn't bother many people but... if we pay $188 we better get the "original" packaging.
The price doesn't match. If they took out the older titles and, also, released it domestically it *might* be worth it. Maybe a price tag set $10-$20 over retail of the game alone, like they do for most special edition titles, it would completely be worth the purchase.
But, alas, this will never make it to the United States because the Japanese keep all the best things to themselves. I figure if Microsoft has made Limited Edition items that they can share in (or just marketed for the Japanese market alone) they could reciprocate. Don't see that happening any time soon.

The funny thing is that they think people want to play 358/2 Days. I can't comment on Re:Coded, but that first DS game was amazingly uninspired and completely pointless when it comes to plot. Minor spoilers here, but one of the near-final cutscenes basically say that everyone will forget the only major plot element they introduced, making the whole game a waste of your time.

Whoa?!.. It's been ten years already? D-A-M-N! No, seriously I played both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II (as well Chain of Memories for the GameBoy Advance when it was released.) However, it is just amazing at times just how fast time flies. Unfortunetly my love and admiration for the series dies with those three titles. Why? Because, I refuse to acknowledge (or at the very least keep acknowledging) filler titles for every platform under the sun (wasting both my time and money as the story advances no further without a true third installment and successor to the series.) Nonetheless I have to admit while I am intrigued by this bundle for the price it set at (which is ridiculous) it just is not worth the money or hassle.
SquareEnix has proven time, and time again that it is all too willing to throw it's fans and customers under the bus. Both in terms of customer service and quality of said product (IP: Intelectual Property) in question. Especially if they know (and they do know) that their loyal customers, and fans are all "too" willing to pay. No matter the price(s) involved in question. Some of us see a price tag of one hundred and eighty-eight plus, and rationalize it with due question, and doubt. Meaning we're able to stand back and stop ourselves from making a dumb descision; but the unfortunate truth is many more are willing to pay that price and more. Even in a sub standard economical condition (where more, and more people live pay-check to pay-check.)
Enough said I believe.

I'd love this if it wasn't for that price (or needing to import a handheld too). Problem really is that I think you can get the DS games for around $20 (last I checked on Amazon) So, like.. I might go $80 considering I don't have those DS games yet, and they need to pump the price up for the extras.. Otherwise, no thanks.

im still waiting for the official prising but other then that this looks great and i cant wait to get my hands on it, BTW guys the main series is owned by sony KH 1 2 and 3 wont come to xbox or wiiu we might see a spinoff for the wiiu but nothing from the main series.
