I'm going to have to start winding down all these Killzone 2 posts eventually, but if you're a fan of citrus-eyed space nazis, then you will be interested in this pretty sweet replica Helghast rifle which is being teased on the PlayStation Blog.
It lacks the iconic and memorably ridiculous charm of the Gears of War lancer, but it's still a snazzy little item. It might be worth a look for those of you who like owning pretend viceogame weapons and running about your house in just your underpants making sound effects with them. In other words, I need to know how to get one of these.
So far, Guerrilla isn't shedding any light on how you can get your hands on them, but promised that such arcane knowledge will be coming ... soon.

Is it wrong if I describe a gun as "sexy"? well if it is then I don't want to be right.
So... I'm guessing KZ2 super-duper slamma-jamma mega deluxe edition is going to be announced, for $110... and it has the game, the gun, a speial edition disc, and a poster.
It's like guys spending thousand's of dollars for "works of art" that don't even look that great, and then turn out to be laser copies.
Art can do that.
I mean.. Looks pretty snazzy indeed. I wonder if it lights up and makes sound effects.
Where's the originality and creativity ? It could have done more to make it stand out from similar FPS titles.

I totally agree. if you live in the US for the same price you can have a REAL gun... you know.. it shoots bullets, and can actually kill things!
Besides if you mount a gas powered chainsaw on a firearm aren't you kind of asking to blow yourself up? Even an electric one would be way too heavy to carry on the side of your rifle. I dunno about mounting a gas tank next to where gun powder is ignited... call me crazy.
I used the words "gas" and "firearm" in the same sentence.. shouldn't the words burst into flames and explode as well?
At least this thing looks like a real rifle... Point it at a cop and get shot! just like the 80's and Laser Tag!!
