September 27th marks the start of the fifth Eurogamer Expo, held once again in central London. From humble beginnings at the Old Truman Brewery with just four thousand attendees to a four-day event at Earl’s Court One, the Eurogamer Expo has gone from strength to strength in recent years, and we can’t wait to see you there.
There’s a whole host of hotly-anticipated games playable on the show floor, such as Assassin’s Creed 3, Halo 4, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and Tomb Raider, in addition to the new Rezzed section of the expo which highlights the top games from the Rezzed PC and Indie Games show in Brighton. This year also sees the return of the SEGA-sponsored Indie Games Arcade, showcasing a variety of independent games currently in development. The full line-up can be found here. The developer panels are also back in full force, with sessions from Hideo Kojima, Frank O’Connor of 343 Industries, Chet Faliszek of Valve and fan-favourite Peter Molyneux, to name just a few.
As ever, the British Destructoid community will be in attendance (possibly on tanks) and we’d love for you to join us! We have a range of meetups organised across the weekend, including the StickTwiddler’s afterparty in aid of SpecialEffect, and you can get in on the shenanigans by joining the European mailer, checking out the forum thread, or keeping an eye on my Twitter throughout the weekend.

It's that time again! At the end of every summer, we Dtoiders trek up to Seattle for the greatest gathering of gamers in the industry: PAX Prime! As usual, the Destructoid crew will be out in full force again this year, repre... Giddy up y'all! There's a Destructoid Hoe-down a-comin' up and you better grab whatever you southern people use to party. I'm going to admit, all I know about the south comes from The Dukes of Hazzard re-runs.

High Strangeness is a top-down retro adventu... Last week we held a "creativity" contest to win a copy of Etrian Odyssey IV on 3DS, and the submissions were so good we decided to showcase some of them!
