You have to admit though good MP is few and far between. Brotherhood is def. one of the few.

I agree that most games don't need multiplayer, and I hate the current trend toward shoehorning it into every game, regardless of how generic it may be or how far it strays from the single player experience. Still, Guardian of Light is awesome, so if it is like that, I am on board.
I mean - they want to be the next Uncharted - plain and simple.

Well, as we know a developer isn't the only ingredient to a good game. The publisher also has a say, and it's being done by Square Enix Europe, formally Eidos. You know.. Batman Arkham Asylum, The Thief series, Deus Ex, Just cause, Hitman.. although they've also published busts, too. I'm just saying.. I don't see the point of full-on writing off something before you know anything about it. What's the point of that? It'll speak for itself without you playing Nostradamus.

This is my second most anticipated game right now next to Portal 2.
I just wish people would stop comparing it to Uncharted. There isn't a lick of info I've read, seen, or heard that indicates it's comparable to Uncharted.

They don't need a team. They just need one person who can talk the guys at Naughty Dog into inviting the new Lara (Natalie Drake as I like to call her) to some of the multiplayer parties in Uncharted. She'll fit right in. That way they can concentrate on a quality single player game.
after the success of uncharted2, there should be no reason why the next tomb raider can't try out those things naughty dog did right.
that said, this new one has the potential to be a very good game, as long as the reboot isn't just a new pretty face.
the only tomb raider i played, enjoyed and beat was tomb raider 1 on the saturn (thats right). the game was massive, had great puzzles for the time and giant set pieces.

Multiplayer Tomb Raider? Yeah... because playing a Deathmatch with shit 3rd person shooting sounds fun...
