Jett Rocket II on 3DS eShop looks like tasty pudding
German developer Shin'en is quite the wunderkind on Nintendo platforms. The studio has a history of pulling off technically impressive feats, such as the Iridion series on Game Boy Advance and most recently Nano Assault Neo on the Wii U eShop. But its most brilliant endeavor may be Jett Rocket, a 3D platformer that not only matches some of the effects found in Super Mario Galaxy but also manages to fit within WiiWare's 40 MB size limit. Shin'en recently announced a sequel to Jett Rocket entitled Jett Rocket II: The Wrath of Taikai, and now you can see some screens on the newly opened website. Jett Rocket II will be coming to the 3DS eShop, and it will provide a mix of 2D and 3D platforming gameplay. Most impressive of all, it'll be one of the few 3DS games to achieve 60 FPS while in full 3D mode. Ugly character design aside, this looks beyond amazing for an eShop title. Shin'en must have made a deal with the devil to be able to accomplish such trickery. No release date has been set, but I'll be keeping my eye on this baby. 9:30 PM on 05.21.2013 A bear will stare at you in 3DHow is the Xbox One going to sell in Japan? If the new console's version of Kinect is anything like the current version of the peripheral, then probably not too good. Not to sound racist, but Japanese living rooms aren't know...

2:45 PM on 05.20.2013 New releases: Monkey around in Donkey Kong 3DFor the love of god, somebody get me a 3DS. I made the unfortunate mistake of backing the wrong Nintendo console, grabbing a Wii U late last year, when I should have put my eggs in the portable basket. Now I'm not able to pl...
