I'm surprised people have been asking, but for those of you who don't know, our sister site Japanator.com has been down since the night before last. For once, it's not the site crashing. We're not giving up on it, either. What's happened is Niero and the team over in Miami is finally moving the site over to Elephant.
A project some 800 years in the making (before community blogs, even!), we've been taking the weekend to try and make the site somewhat more functional, so that it doesn't roll over and die every time we get hit by a digg. So, sit tight and watch a couple episodes of Sayonara, Zetsubou-sensei -- we'll be back within a day or so (I hope).
Seriously, go watch Sayonara, Zetsubou-sensei. It's one of the funniest shows I've watched in a while.

The site move was a surprise for pretty much everyone other then the lord almighty, Niero.
It'll be brought up in the next podcast you listen to. By next the next podcast you listen to, I mean the one we record tomorrow.
i got back from vacation and noticed that now when i post a comment it takes me to a confirmation pages and requires a manual click to get back to the story. is this necessary? i can do the extra click, but if i can avoid it it would be nice.
