Well, Japan now has a solution. Rent-A-Nerd. For a measly 12,000 yen (102.50 USD, 81.50 EU), any girl in the Tokyo area can rent out a friend to chat about video games, manga, anime, and anything geeky for 2 1/2 hrs. It's another 3,000 yen (26.6 USD, 20.27 EU) per 1/2 hr after that.
The reporter who tried renting one of the girls didn't have much success with talking about some older stuff, since the girls are sometimes younger. And the services describe nothing about taking them back to their place to play games with.
Note: they only rent out females to other females. It'd be way to pervy otherwise.
