Nintendo has announced that the Japanese will have three more colors to choose from when making their DSi XL purchase. On June 19th, yellow, green and blue versions of the device will be available in stores.

They look hot. I would totally rock that yellow one because the black trim makes it very sexy. And I'm about due to buy another Nintendo handheld. If these were available in the United States, I can guarantee that there would be at least one sale. Do you hear me, Nintendo? One sale, guaranteed!

Green one is mine! My good old DSL for 5 years is starting to fall apart (starting with a hinge crack a year ago followed by my top screen bleeding if opened beyond 90 degrees).

I love new colors like any other man (buying the MGS:PW Big Boss Bundle just so I can get the Camo PSP), but once you've announced that your new handheld is coming out, it signals to everyone (except collectors) to wait. But in true Nintendo fashion, they somehow make some people feel that they have to take the Pokemon approach to everything Nintendo releases.
