NukaCola is a drumming BEAST! We've featured his many drum covers in the past and his latest drumming attack is his best one yet. NukaCola attacks multiple boss battle themes from old school Final Fantasy games through his latest rampage.
The drum covers are based on the songs "Battle 1", "Battle 2", "Battle with the Four Fiends", "The Final Battle (Zeromus)" and "Fanfare". Give his latest a listen and be sure to check out his past stuff for more awesome drum covers.

Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Its a rather super boring sunday today :-/

How bout you guys post a video doing what he's doing better than he is and we'll watch that too. It takes zero talent to say he's not that good but until you guys do better he's the one fulfilling the final fantasy drumming fix...
It's not Zelda, but it is drums over video game music (Mario in this case). Not to bash the dude in the original video, but after seeing vadrum, no one comes close.
He was the one who decided to post the video on youtube and put himself in the spotlight, we don't have to prove ourselves as better drummers.
I didn't know he was a Dtoid member or I would have posted a constructive criticism instead, but others have already said what he needs to do to improve.

These types of comments are probably on my top 10 list of the most annoying kind of comment. Since when do you have to be a film director to dislike the direction of a film? Or since when do you have to be a chef in order to like or dislike food? What takes 0 talent is making a comment that has no actual legitimacy to it.
That being said, I watched this whole video and I enjoyed it for what it was. I wasn't expecting Keith Moon or some such thing, I was expecting to hear final fantasy music with some drums over the top of it and that's what I got. I suggest he keeps doing it.. because you only get better with practice.
but you should check out the drummer of Origin
go on youtube and search "origin drummer" not best quality audio but look at how fast and precise he plays, and no hand crossing
