Resident Evil: Mercenaries 3D is out in Japan, and right on schedule, gameplay videos and spoilers are hitting the internet in droves. First up, we have a smattering of what the game's unlockable EX costumes. That looks like Jill representing some Resident Evil 3 pride, Chris's decked out in something like his original S.T.A.R.S. outfit, Rebecca dressed like a maid/nurse/fetish worker, and Krauser dressed like some sort of douche.

This makes me wonder what Barry, Wesker, Hunk, and Claire's alternate outfits will be. Personally, I'm hoping to see Claire decked out like Resident Evil 2's original female protagonist Elza Walker, Hunk dressed as a big block of Tofu, Wesker in a sexy red dress, and Barry with a ugly leather jacket and a Titanic-era Leonardo DiCaprio hair cut.

Then everyone would be happy.

RE5 Jill and Chris FTW. More costumes are nice, but that cat suit she wears when she's all feral? Oooohhh yeeaahh. And how is Chris supposed to show off his guns in a proper uniform? Sometimes I think Japanese devs design their characters in certain ways just because they want to see hentai of it. The designer must have thought "God damn it, why hasn't anyone drawn stuff of Rebecca dressed as a maid/nurse/fetish worker while Chris empties his 15mm into her" and so he does this self-serving piece of design.
