It's time for some LittleBigPlanet PSP screenshots! photo

LittleBigPlanet PSP pleases me. Not so much because of the game itself, but because it represents Sony finally getting serious about putting high profile games on its handheld system. Sony's support of its own portable platform has been shameful for the past half a decade, and while it's been a long time coming, it's good to see that the PSP's library is being invigorated.

LittleBigPlanet is just one of the big games hitting the system, and it's looking rather good. It'll be really interesting to see how the game works on the PSP, and how much like the PS3 version it will feel. While we wait and find out, here are some screenshots for you to look at.

Here's hoping LittleBigPlanet PSP does well, and Sony's inspired to give its PlayStation Portable the kind of first-party lineup it deserves.

True. I'm looking forward to some LBP action.

I'm really looking forward to this. Definitely a purchase.
There is online level sharing for this, right? Not the fake Ad-hoc "online"?

The online mode for the PS3 Version is still broken, don't expect the PSP to do it better

Maybe your connection is broken? No problems here.

I have a really hard time finding games online, and my connection is not broken.

I've had some trouble getting games online in PS3 LBP as well, with no issues with my connection on any other platforms. I think its just easy for it to get clogged up, with so much background downloading going on. Also, people tend to be impatient and duck out of games early on, meaning a lot of hanging "servers" that aren't actually there.

I had bad trouble with LBP's online when I first got it. I could get into games, but the thing would stutter and fuck up so much it was unplayable. Never happened on any other PS3 game.

Last time I tried it, it had magically worked fine though.

Is this the game where they removed the multiplayer?

As long as we are able to download levels of other users, I don't really care about the multiplayer being removed, to be honest.

A game this fun deserves multiplayer. I'd be more than happy to see it delayed a few months if it means it could be added.

I hope it's as fun as the console original.

I'm not even going to lok at this without the multiplayer.

I only hope you can import items from this game to the PS3 version. This has some nice clothing like Wizard, Pharaoh and a Parka.
