I live just outside Tokyo. I`ve been to game shows and anime fairs. I've seen plenty of guys trying to pass themselves off as authentic Chun Lis and failing miserably. All that makes this new look very easy to accept.

What the fuck? Did they hire a bunch of school kids to draw this? Whoever is responsible for the character models from this piece of crap really needs to go back and do some more work on anatomy, proportions... Hell I think they should just fire the shitbird and start over.

Yeah, they need to de-musclify her arms a bit. Out of all the models, Chun Li's is the worst. I hope they work on that some more.

In all seriousness, it's kind of normal for hands to suck on quickly rigged characters. Hell if I know why they would use such a terrible shot for promotional purposes (as if nobody would notice that). Most games do sport sucky hands. Pay attention to them, the next time that you play something. Short of the hands of the main character in a FPS, it's still pretty terrible.
Granted, not THAT terrible, but I'll let it slide since it's still in development. Nobody in their right mind would stamp "final" on this.
