Celebrated indie shooter Intrusion 2 is now on Steam
Celebrated? Well, at least by me. I gave it one of our highest rated reviews of the year and for good reason: IT'S AWESOME! And now that it's on Steam for $7.99. You "Ugh, I only buy Steam games"-people have no excuse not to buy! A gentleman reviewer never senselessly gushes about a game twice so I'll just quote my old review here:
For you cheapskates, I'll be giving out codes for the game on my Twitter, later today. Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)Neat. Start spooging those codes at a GMT friendly time good sir and I may see if I can grab it. If not, to payday I shall ride! Just played the demo. It is pretty fun and much improved over the original! It reminded me a bit of Half-Life 2, since physics have an important role on gameplay. Um, that screenshot happened JUST like that in Contra: Shattered Soldier...I'm assuming it's some poorly veiled homage...? Looks fun, but hopefully there are some original ideas in there too. Played the demo, found the floaty loose controls very unappealing, using mouse&kb, and controller. After having to restart the demo twice because the games physics prevented me from progressing, I uninstalled it. Probably wouldn't play this for free 1:00 PM on 05.25.2013 This TowerFall trailer actually makes me want an OUYAMatt Thorson, creator of some of the best indie games out there, has just released a new trailer for his upcoming OUYA game, TowerFall.
