I have no clue what the lady is saying, but I would imagine it to be something down the lines of "I offer this gift of epic greatness to the almighty Destructoid robot and his minions." In actuality it's probably something a lot less exciting, but we'll pretend to overlook that minor detail.
No matter what the verbiage is surrounding this, we can all agree that the yellow, pellet eater and his buddies have come a long way since those crazy days of the early 80s. Mr. Pac-Man and your awesome Christmas tree, we salute you. Way to go, staying relevant 20-something years later.
