I enjoyed DS1, but felt it would have been a lot better with more NPCs, actual towns to break up the pace of relentless dungeon delving, and more customization options.
Basically, DS2 sounds like everything I wanted the first game to be, and then some. Since Vigil is on my wavelength, this game is as good as bought.

I'm in. My only complaint so far is the black box art. I'm hoping it's just placeholder because I want another foil cover. Since my biggest worry so far has to do with packaging, I'd say they're doing well for themselves.
I'll be buying this with a Wii U.

they really need to get a better spokesperson. I'm sure he's good at his actual job (did I say the game is looking great, but I can't remember hearing someone sound so underwhelmed by their own game.

I'm glad that I wasn't the only one that noticed the Prince of Persia 2008 like controls. I really enjoyed the first Darksiders and this looks to be improving on that in just about every facet.

So the first Darksiders was actually good? I heard it was a bit of a slog and not really anything new... Screw it, it's probably a tenner on Amazon lol, I'll see what all the fuss is about...
Hype for this. Finishing Darksiders now and it's really an awesome game with tons to do. Just hope they have a better Map.
