Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet confirmed for XBLA photo

When we last heard about Michel Gagne and Fuelcell Games' independent project Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, it seemed as if the game was likely going to get a release on Xbox LIVE Arcade. I mean, just look at this thing! Have you seen the trailer yet? It looks effing phenomenal.

Even still, I must admit I was getting a little worried for a while there. In the end, the powers that be have made everything okay -- Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet is indeed making it to XBLA, according to Fuelcell.

I don't know what the sudden interest in 2D indie games from WiiWare and XBLA is all about, but frankly, it's reassuring that someone with the property authority understands how this is exactly the kind of content many of us seek to obtain from these two digital distribution services.

Fire watch with me: Firewatch gets first, mysterious trailer
