iOS games aren't popular around these parts, I know, but I was personally quite looking forward to Infinity Blade Dungeons. I enjoy the mainstay games in the series, and the idea of a loot-nabbin' dungeon crawler in its universe had my attention.
Well, now it's cancelled. Because f*ck you is why.
The closure of Impossible Studios has been cited as the reason behind the cancellation. Epic Games put development on hold after the studio behind it disappeared, but on the latest Epic Games Podcast, Donald Mustard confirmed Dungeons was done.
That sucks. I'd have especially loved to have seen it on the PS Vita or something. The good news is, Infinity Blade as a concept isn't done. Epic promises more games, more books, and maybe some other things. If we're talking God King action figures, you can take my money right now.
