Oh wait, you thought inFAMOUS 2 would get away with not receiving its own collector's edition? You thought wrong, son! Amazon accidentally spilled the beans on a Hero Edition for the upcoming open-world PS3 sequel, and tried to hide the evidence. Not before the Internet nabbed all the info, though!
Here's what the Hero Edition will include:
- 8.5" Cole MacGrath statue
- DLC Super Voucher -- includes Lightning Hook Power, Electrocution Grenade Power, Kessler Skin, 24K Gold Amp Weapon Variant.
- Mini inFAMOUS #1 comic
- Official soundtrack
Seems like it ticks all the boxes, with nothing we haven't seen before but it should be a nice option for hardcore fans. Also, it would appear that all the big Sony-exclusive sequels are getting special editions. Killzone 3, LittleBigPlanet 2, and now inFAMOUS 2. Don't be surprised to see news of a Chimera Edition for Resistance 3 popping up before release.

If I had the money, I'd buy the best edition for all 20 PS3 exclusives this year. I got the LBP2 collectors edition, and I know I will get the best edition of Uncharted 3; but everything else will have to be the regular edition *sadface
