Game Boy Advance coming this April to Virtual Console
by Dale North

We heard last year that Game Boy Advance titles would be coming to Virtual Console, and now Nintendo is just about ready to kick that program off. In today's Nintendo Direct, Satoru Iwata said that we would be seeing the first games launch this April on Virtual Console.

Metroid Fusion (NICE!), Mario and Luigi Super Star Saga, and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 will be among the first titles to hit the service.

What else should they be pulling from the GBA library?

This week, Nintendo updated their Club Nintendo digital offerings to add Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Although it's technically been a part of the Wii Virtual Console since 2008, many people wanted to know how it held up, and if it really was worth of the hype it's gotten from fans.

There's no two ways about it -- it's absolutely worth it. Legend of the Seven Stars is one of the most entertaining and innovative role-playing games ever made.

Nintendo Download: Mighty Bomb Jack

Today's Nintendo Download is yet another odd slow burn of the Virtual Console variety, with Mighty Bomb Jack hitting the Wii U. That's literally it for the Wii U. On the 3DS, Life Force is out -- that's the only new release for the 3DS. Exciting! As far as sales go, Fractured Soul is down to $5.99 until February 6th, Shin Megami Tensei IV is $29.99 until February 3rd, and Project X Zone is $20.
