Gears of War head Cliff Bleszinski is at it again! Not content with just criticizing honest reviews and calling 8/10s "hateful", it seems as if Cliffy B has now set his sights on a new target: the Japanese game industry and t...

Composer Akira Yamaoka has given hope to those who loved the criminally ignored Shadows of the Damned, revealing that he's thinking about a potential sequel and Electronic Arts would be up for it. "I’m thinking of...

Akira Yamaoka is kind of a genius and he's definitely earned a place in the videogame music pantheon after his work on the Silent Hill series and Shadows of the Damned. Thankfully, the latter is getting an...

Massimo Guarini, the director of Shadows of the Damned, has left Grasshopper Manufacture. What he works on next may or may not be another videogame, but it seems likely he's not done putting out creative works. His new studio...

According to numbers procured by our friends at Joystiq, it looks like psychedelic onrails rhythm-action shooter Child of Eden (coming soon to the PS3) only sold 34,000 units in its first month of release in the United States...

[bacon&eggs is a delicious breakfast combination. It's also the author of this great post about Shadows of the Damned and Suda51's fascination with Mexican culture. Luchadores! Want to see your own writing on the front pa...

Make no mistake, Shadows of the Damned is a silly game. One of weapons available to protagonist Garcia Hotspur is called, quite simply, "Boner." Yeah, they went there. The marketing for this game has taken a similar over-the...

Lots of things are going to die in Shadows of the Damned, mind you. This is just one of them. It's some freak who transforms into something like a giant bird with the mouth of a Tremor. You'll face this abomination as a boss fight in the game's third act and possibly every night as you lay helpless in your bed sleeping. June is a terribly painful month for my wallet, it seems.

Missed the first installments? Here's part one and part two. Like everything Suda51 does, his answers here are open to interpretation. I basically ask the guy if he's going to break my heart and change his plan to brin...

In part two of our talk with Suda51, we discuss Shadows of the Damned, and what makes it different from his other games. There is a lot of stuff here that even the most die hard Suda fan probably isn't aware of. For instance...

Here's a bunch of new screens for Grasshopper's Shadows of the Damned. The game launches June 21 and I'm incredibly excited for it. So are you. Even if you think you're not, just trust me, you are. The game features big guns, crazy monsters, and the typical eccentric premises that Suda 51 and his team are known for. I'm expecting some pretty awesome stuff here.
