Has it really been that long since Mega64 made an honest-to-God videogame skit? There was that Sonic one, right? It feels like it has been much longer than that. Stop selling yourselves out to your corporate masters and go b...

2011 is dead and buried, but there's always room for one more round of pointless awards. Once again, Mega64 is the final word on which games were the most and which games were toast. It's not just about games, either. It's a celebration of the entire year in pop culture. Totally legit. Mega64: TODD & AARON'S GAME AWARDS 2011!!!!!!! [YouTube]

When tasked with making a fan film of the Game of the Forever, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the boys of Mega64 decided to steer away from their typical modus operandi. The result is not a parody but a serious production fill...

When game publishers ask Mega64 to make a commercial for one of their upcoming titles, do they go in with any knowledge of Mega64's body of work? Do they just think, "Oh! Funny Internet people! Here's some money. Send us the video by Wednesday"? Anyway, here's the Mega64 Just Dance 3 commercial. I said, "What the fudge?" at the 1:38 mark. Mega64: "DANCEMAS" Just Dance 3 Commercial [YouTube]

Surprisingly, this is the first true Sonic skit that the boys have ever done, despite making Sonic-related videos in the past. It's nice to see a return to the good ol' "run through the city wearing goofy costumes" template that made them famous. Also, classy ending. Mega64: Sonic The Hedgehog [YouTube]

The full version of Minecraft was released this past weekend, punctuated by MineCon 2011 in Las Vegas. Notch himself prepared this special video to show to all the convention attendees. That accent is so sexy. MINECRAFT 1.0 OFFICIAL INTRODUCTION [YouTube]

Ubisoft once again tapped the Mega64 crew for a commercial deal, this time for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. I was a little taken aback by how straight the boys were playing this particular video. Didn't seem to have that ol' Mega64 je ne sais quoi. Then I got to the 1:15 mark and was like, "Oh, okay, there we go!" Mega64: GHOST RECON FUTURE SOLDIER Commercial [YouTube]

Oh no, you guys! The Mega64 boys are expanding into the world of music! They want us to spend money on sh*t that ought to be free! Sellouts! I declare them sellouts... which is what I would say if their song wasn't the great...

Madden 12 in the house! Time to get poppin' with a Mega64 hip hop joint! Also featuring Brandon DiCamillo, of CKY and Jackass fame, as John Madden. For the nancy boys, the clean version is posted after the jump. Mega64: MADDEN RAP 2012 (ft. Brandon DiCamillo) (EXPLICIT) [YouTube]

Yesterday, we showed you a new ad for Sega's Kinect horror game Rise of Nightmares. That video... was for plebeians. Here's the one you want to watch, complete with a Look Who's Talking Too twist ending. Mega64: RISE OF NIGHTMARES Commercial [YouTube]

These are the decisions that fans have to make. Me? I prefer Spartans who sparkle. Mega64: HALO EARLY ANNIVERSARY? [YouTube]

Rusty Hearts is a bit of a hot-button issue with Shawn in this, the game's official promo video.

The latest offering from Mega64 actually has one of the most straightforward set-ups. There are no props. No cameos. No other starring members except Rocco. It turns out that the subject matter of Catherine is weird enough on its own to produce an incredibly awkward series of encounters with Rocco playing a disturbingly forlorn nerd Love is over before it even began.

I'm so happy that I finally got to play Deus Ex recently, because the knowledge that the Mega64 crew didn't have to exaggerate much of anything from that game to pull this video off makes it even funnier. After the jump, you can see the boys' full SDCC Deus Ex panel crash.

Yup. It's all Morgan Webb's fault.
