Every time there's some kind of event happening relevant to me and I choose to post about it, I get, "Waaah, we're Europeans," or, "Waaah, there's more to the Earth than just America." And you know what? You're right. Which i...

When we think of the American west, we think of outlaws and lawmen, settlers trying to eke out a new life in an inhospitable place and, most of all, stylish dress composed of pastels and fringe. It is in that spirit that Jordan and I approached Sunset Riders for the Super Nintendo, knowing that while it was important to be good, that should be secondary to looking good.

In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Rockstar has confirmed a PlayStation Network release date for their 2005 brawler based on the cinematic classic, The Warriors. The game will arrive on the service May 28 where it will be pri...

In this special, singularly-focused edition of Office Chat, I'm joined by Jim Sterling and Jordan Devore as we discuss our reactions to the Xbox One reveal. From the frustrations of having to figure out what to now call the ...

I'll admit, when EA Sports' Andrew Wilson took to the stage during Microsoft's Xbox One reveal, I tuned out. If memory serves, I used the opportunity to take a much needed trip to the bathroom because I was certain there would be nothing there to hold my interest. I was wrong. Hopefully, it's not too late for us.

Jordan and I are pushing further in our play of the tragically existent Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. The mayor of Carbon, Texas is sending us down to the bottom of a crater where he swears the people we're looking for...

Last week, it came to light that Nintendo has started making content claims for popular videos on YouTube which feature their products, including "Let's Play" and other forms of walkthrough content, taking the ad revenue whi...

Jordan and I have started a new game in our Couch Campaign, and it's one that I have been excited to play since we first began talking about the project. As a huge fan of the Fallout franchise and a lover of top-down, exploration shoot-em-up games, the pairing of the two could have been glorious. And Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel is, provided you think train wrecks can be glorious.

It's the end of the road for our playthrough of Guacamelee, and it's been a really enjoyable experience on the whole. In our final two episodes, Jordan and I hunt down the chicken thief of Santa Lucha, face off against the fearsome Jaguar Javier and confront the sinister Carlos Calaca. It's some seriously action packed stuff.

These days, it seems like everybody is jumping on the crowdfunding bandwagon, and it's led some to question the appropriateness of larger organizations using systems like Kickstarter. Some fear that groups who have other mea...

Make sure you call, visit, hug, and/or appreciate your mother this weekend. If you don't have a mother, feel free to appreciate someone else's mother instead. I'm sure nobody will mind. And don't forget to tune in to Dtoid TV...

This episode of Couch Campaign features one of my favorite moments thus far in Guacamelee. Along the way, you find "Choozo statues" containing the special abilities which allow further progression in the world. The frequency...

One of gaming's most unapologetically violent titles, Manhunt, will be making its way to PlayStation 3 next week. It'll cost $9.99 and should be on PlayStation Network when it updates on May 14, but it's Manhunt and kind...

Having been to Tokyo and seeing how orderly everything seems to be there, it's a little bit surprising to see how terrible things turn out in most variations of a "Neo" Tokyo. Take the Tokyo of Captain Commando, for example,...

Why wasn't there a promotional tie-in for Guacamelee for the fast-food chicken franchise, El Pollo Loco? That is a missed opportunity if I've ever heard of one. In Episode 3 of our run through Guacamelee, Jordan a...

Microsoft is gearing up to reveal the next generation of Xbox hardware in just a scant two weeks, but what will they be showing? In our latest installment of The Question, we make predictions for the event on May 21. What are your hopes, dreams and expectations?
