I weigh-in on Machinima's Inside Gaming Awards

6:00 PM on 12.01.2009

Our friends over at Machinima are holding their first ever award show. The Inside Gaming Awards takes place on December 11 and will cover the best game of the year, best trailers, best art and several other award categorizes. Check out this YouTube video to see the categories, the full list of nominees and where to vote for the games you think deserve to win.

Machinima, in an attempt to get free hits, has been hitting up industry people to get feedback on their nominees. TheDeadPixel got in touch with me last week where we talked about their best multipalyer and best game innovation categories. Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer is an absolute blast and I strongly feel that 1 Vs 100 type games will become a huge part of our future gaming.

What do you all think? Is Modern Warfare 2 the best multiplayer game of the year? Do you think more 1 Vs 100 style games will be in our future?
