Yesterday we passed along what we thought was a new trailer from Mafia II. It wasn't. My bad. As you'll hear a character in this new trailer say, bless me Father, for I have sinned

This new trailer is actually even cooler than the last one, and definitely more timely. Shown at the Spike TV Video Game Awards this past weekend, it's packed with holiday cheer, gun fire, scantily clad girls and that ol' time music. And again, it all looks outstanding. I love the presentation -- it's just like watching a movie trailer.

And once again, Mafia II is set for release on three platforms, Xbox 360, PS3, and Windows PC, in fall 2009.

I enjoyed the trailer when it premiered on the VGAs. I just wish the rest of the show wasn't such a flop for me.

The graphics look great, is this all real time? If so it's the only open world game I've seen that looks to have the production values of GTA4..love the setting. Especialy since GTA hase moved away from the traditional Italian mob stuff.
