Though a huge fan of the game. gonna wait till a few reviews come out and see if the ending got fixed. not really willing to lay down another 60 bucks for a game with a ending that is not only worse than me3.

I don't know, Conrad. As excited as I am for Borderlands 2, I think I'd rather be in Japan buying all the Super Sentai toys I can carry back to the states. And working TGS too, I guess.

Sure, I can play BL2 and you can't... But I have to deal with severe weather and won't get a chance to play MH4.(unless they put up an eshop demo...) Or AA5. Or LVsAA....

you are not the only one not being able to play, europe also has to wait a few days and as I read above eastern europe has it even worse, I also know they are going to get the game in india next month so its not that bad.

Older Japanese tend to be pretty xenophobic. Not sure if that mentality is getting passed on to the younger generations or not. Speaking the language probably goes a long ways towards easing that tension though... Couldn't say for sure though, I didn't and still do not speak it.

They are like that about all foreigners, though the mentality isn't exactly akin to actual hate or disdain. They are just a very secular people.

I had a wonderful time in Japan and had no negative reactions. People were very nice and even apologetic. My Japanese is limited, but I made sure to use it as much as possible. Which gives you bonus points with the people as well when you apologize (for small things like how long you are taking or small mistakes) you are more appreciated.
