So they won't be making a PC version... unless they do. However, Ubisoft was clear that PC versions will be pirated and thus be unprofitable... unless it is profitable. So what we know is that there will definitely, sort-of, maybe not be a PC version of the game unless there clearly, might, by chance be the possibility of it happening.

Sorry Ubi but you've been dead to me for a long time and it's going to take pretty good necromancer convince me that you're alive.
Don't waste your money on DRM, waste it on making a decent port. Then advertise it a bit, put it on Steam, make a sale here and there = profit.

At the end of the day, this game looks interesting and I would prefer to buy the PC version as long as it isnt broken or has draconian DRM.
although Im fine with such DRM as long as its patched out in a month or when the pirates release a crack, just tell me that you plan on patching it out before you release the game to avoid me ignoring the game and ppl with dodgy internet connections can buy your game instead of pirating it.

I would be willing to bet all of my moneys that if it does come to the PC, it is going to be a shitty port with awful draconian DRM. Sometimes, it sucks to be a PC gamer.

The thing about draconian DRM is that its only worth putting up with if the game is truly great and I feel I must play it no matter what hassle.

If you take out the word "bitching" then it does mostly sound like he's talking about feasibility. It's possible he doesn't understand the full connotations of some words. A lot of people use the wrong words when speaking language they aren't entirely fluent with. I don't know. It's impossible to judge without having heard him speak. This is the major shortcoming of print.

Um... publicity stunt? I'm still waiting for to see a thread of PC gamers who gave a shit about this game to begin with.
I like how developers just ignore piracy on consoles like it doesn't exist. Its a lot easier actually with the games coming out weeks in advance. Make a good game and people will buy it and pirate it. Make a bad game and people will pirate it.. some will buy it. What have we learned? You're shits gonna get pirated. Deal with it

I think his first statements struck true. PC Gamers were going to complain as soon as they heard it wasn't on PC, but if it was on PC not all those complainers were going to buy it. Kinda like how alot of people...
