Gorons would fuck up the Kokiri, Zoras and Hylians would suffer heavy attrition, and look to form a temporary alliance to deal with the monsters of Mt. Doom. Gerudos would remain neutral in the dessert, selling wares to every side in exchange for amnesty. Kakariko Village is left in ruins from boulder avalanches and Hyrule castle becomes a refuge camp. No where is safe.
I can only assume that thanks to this story Nintendo should be shutting this down and suing these people any minute now.

One of the Links would travel back in time and prevent the war from happening. Because he's the protagonist of the franchise.
Ahh. There's nothing like a badass mod to convince me to buy a game I otherwise cared nothing about. Looks like my first battle in a Total War game will be set in the fields of Hyrule.
The Zoras kept getting their asses kicked. Hell, the Gorons even kicked their asses in the WATER! Zoras suck.
I've ALWAYS wanted an Zelda game like this,and if set during the Imprisoning War it would make sense...damn,do want this mod.
