And no, I'm not talking about that flimsy pamphlet-sized printout you got with the original Valkyria Chronicles. I'm talking about the huge, officially-sanctioned, 400-page Valkyria Chronicles Design Archive, which blessed persons at Udon publishing are bringing over to the U.S., in English. Preorders are almost half-off on Amazon right now.

It's got character designs, concept art, mechanical sketches and diagrams, background information and developer commentary, all that good stuff. I imported the Japanese version way back when, and I can tell you right now, it's brilliant. It'll be even more so now that it's in a language I can read.
