It's a fantastic bundle, yes, but it's also a slap on the face on those who purchased Limbo during this midweek madness. After Botanicula I didn't think they'll do it again, but there you go.

If you pay at least $1 (or more than the average if you want Bastion) you get Steam keys + drm free versions. So they do run through Steam.

You get Steam keys (one for the bundle, one for Bastion which is the 'extra' for beating the low price). But you also get access to DRM-free downloads of all the titles, including the Mac versions.
Amnesia was freaking awesome, and the other titles are good as well. Really is the best bundle yet I think.

I actually own every one of these games already on one platform or another (like most people), but I bought it anyways, there must be something wrong with me. I really wanted to play Bastion on my Mac though :)
I already have Amnesia and Limbo (PS3) but I can't say no to spending the average to get all those games!

amn, I just bought Limbo yesterday for $4 on steam, and Pscyhonauts on amazon digital download last week for like $3.50 or something like that...
Any of these games is well worth more than $7 on its own, but all of them together... Hell, I would pay that for just the soundtrack to any of them.

Just a heads up don't freak out if you used GMAIL and don't get your codes immediately, it took me about 20 minutes because of the large demand they hit a "rate limit sending".
I'm furious with this bundle. You know why? Because I just bought Psychonauts, Limbo within the past two days and I already own Bastion and Amnesia. I guess I could get it for Sword & Sworcery EP, the soundtracks and charity n' all that though.

To be fair, an overwhelming majority of the purchases are from Windows users, so it's to be expected that the average would be lower; more people, more cheapskates. Plus, fewer Mac and Linux purchasers means that one very generous buyer would raise the averages for those platforms much higher than it would for Windows.
Also, since Windows users have had much easier access to these games for longer, it's possible that many of them (myself included) already own all the games, so they feel less inclined to pay higher amounts for bundle.
But that's enough of me trying to make myself feel better for not giving this bundle very much money.

Well unlike on PC, games on Mac and Linux are a bit more of a novelty lol. Also, a lot of PC users like me already own most of these games. I only paid $8 because it's mostly for Limbo and the OSTs for me.

That is absolutely ludicrous. I would buy this instantly if I didn't already own at least one copy of each of these games. I am also tired of Guthrie and his indie douchebag vinyl releases. THAT FORMAT IS OBSOLETE. IT IS NOT SUPERIOR TO CD IN ANY MANNER. What is the deal with this trend of indie releases on shit like cassette and vinyl. Do they just want all physical media tied to them to horribly degrade in a few decades? Just do a CD pressing so I can actually justifying giving you money for your music.

I already have all of them, and Amnesia is the only one I haven't finished (played it like 2 hrs, didn't find it scary and got bored with it), so I'll pick it up if the bonus that will surely be added later on are good.
There's no crime in getting this if you already own some or all of these games, you can always redirect most of your purchase towards charity. Considering that the average price is usually good enough to get just one of these bundle titles, I always consider the whole deal to be a steal... and the bonuses are just more icing on the cake.

Hmm glad I got in on it earlier then, since it sounds like the emails are starting to slowdown. Great deal already owned a good portion of them but I'm a sucker for soundtracks and Indies!
