Hot Zerg concept art: Well, I certainly fapped photo
     PC

If you're stoked for StarCraft 2, you might want to check out this Blizzcast interview, which discusses the notorious Zerg and its evolution in the new game. Because I have a history of awful computers, I never really got into these types of games, but the details on the new Zerg -- complete with scuttling crab-like bases -- really make me want to check it out. I'm a huge Aliens fan, and this sort of thing very much appeals to me.

What also appeals is the sweet concept art that litters the interview. As a sucker for evil alien insects, I really like the style and may definitely have to break my PC gaming curse to try out StarCraft 2 when it finally hits.

So ... who wants to buy me a decent computer?

Starcraft 2 is looking like it's aiming at modern hardware requirements but it's not coming out until 2009/10, so by the time it hits a PC that can run it would cost less than a PS3/360. Blizzard's games have always aimed sort of low- Starcraft 2 is really their first game with a whole lot of fancy special effects and shaders and whatnot, but I still wouldn't doubt it in the least bit if the final system requirements are Valve-esque once it hits store shelves.

Can't say I appreciate the WOW look of that concept art. Zerg are anything but cartoony.

My failure to win the Micro Velocity Contest means that I will miss this game.

Instead, I will be enjoying a rousing edition of Super Masturbate With Your Tears 3: The Slippage.

Was it just me who saw that title and thought Blizzard had released loads of oversexed Kerrigan concept art?

By the time it comes out it shouldn't be too expensive to upgrade a PC to play it, especially if bought during the last 2 years. Else something like this would probably do.

Oohh, nice troll game. All the religious fundies are mad at him, all the gamers are mad at him for getting the ire of religious fundies (come on, guys, they hate you for something else anyway).

Sounds pretty tame, to me. Killing gods or super important people in a game = nothing new. Satan and his brothers get beat down all the time. The reason why I won't be playing this one is that it sounds boring.

Blizzard's character design has been grade A since the first Warcraft. They never, EVER, fail in that department.
