Well I hate to be off topic and talk about the game. But both Pangya Golf Season 1 and Season 2 are pretty good Wii golf games. I've never seen this 10 year old falling off an invisible ball in the 2 games I have. My wife really likes Season 2 better than Season 1. I like them both but for different reasons. She likes the clubs that always hit straight. Fun games but far too many anime are dropping the girls ages down to 8 and 10 instead of 16-22. It gets annoying after a while.

Regardless of any personal agreement with the sentiment you express you are inaccurate in several regards. Firstly to consider something evil one must first take into account what one considers good. Considering virtually every western country has it's beliefs, laws and morals formed around a set of religious dogma, "evil" is thus anything that is contrary to those religious precepts. As such Religion is almost entirely the root cause of peoples general aversion to such concepts (ironically whether they believe or no).
As for "barbaric", that's an overtly modern concept, female physiology does in fact dictate that they are sexually mature at the age of 12-15ish.
