Holiday Kinect bundle has Fruit Ninja, Gunstringer, more
Microsoft has announced that a new limited-edition Kinect Holiday Bundle, priced at $149.99, is on the way. It's actually worth considering, if the games included -- The Gunstringer, Fruit Ninja Kinect, and Kinect Adventures -- are relevant to your interests. Having recently played a fair amount of newer Kinect titles at Conrad's place, I'm beginning to think that this month might be the right time to bite the bullet. It is somewhat irritating to see that The Gunstringer is only being offered as a download here, considering the size of my ancient Xbox 360 hard drive. Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)Welp, guess who's buying a Kinect?!
Seriously: Fruit Ninja Kinect is appealing after Niero's dick slashing adventure. Gunstringer looks amazing as well. Indeed. It's disheartening that games are still trickling out at this pace given how many people bought a Kinect. Kinect could allow for some brilliant games and it's really annoying that more devs aren't interested because it's not like the tech doesn't work. Awesome, I was gonna get it and gunstringer, so it's like they gave it to me as a christmas present! Regardless of how many games kinect may have, I just don't want to pay 150 dollars for a camera, especially this late into the xbox's lifecycle. If the next xbox allows compatibility with the Kinect also, that's nice, otherwise you're just spending 150 dollars on a peripheral that will be phased out with the xbox 720 or whatever. Looks like we've found jimmyx's perfect 12th birthday present...
oh wait, The Gunstringer's rated T. Make that his 13th birthday present... @llort eht Kinect is more than just a camera. And I wouldn't expect another xbox for at least 2 years. That is actually a damn good bundle. If I didn't already have a Kinect and all those games, I would jump all over this! 4:00 PM on 04.20.2013 Review: Fish Out of WaterNot all videogames have the same goal.
