Last weekend, the first ever Michigan NARP took place at Lark Ohiya's place. Cheeburga, NihonTiger90, Aertyr and tazarthayoot all recounted the weekend crazyness. Retarded birds, dog monsters, scary children and imported Super Smash Bros. Brawl was among some of the highlights. Also, CannibalCalvin likes to cuddle.

The Daily Texan recently did a review of GameTrailersTV basically saying that it's a shit show. Tazarthayoot took this review and more or less raped it. Tazar pointed out the flawed arguments in the article and called out the reviewer on his horrible review.

Coonskin05 has done something most of you only dream to do. He got to live the dream of being a gaming blogger and experiencing what many of us at Destructoid have experienced: Going to crazy parties, eating free foods, drinking free drinks and getting free games! He also got to meet Nick Chester while at EIEIO 2008 but that's not really that big of a deal.

Just because we have monthly themes now doesn't mean we won't promote a really thoughtful and well written article when we see one in the C-Blogs. Cowzilla3 made an amazing analysis of No More Heroes that I don't think I would have ever recognized myself. My want for this game has now sky rocketed.
In anticipation to Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Aerox and CaffeinePowered did a Counterpoint on the original Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee. Genki-JAM even did his own Counterpoint and claimed that Super Smash Bros. Frenzy is much better.
Virtualgirl has a new job! She is now an associate editor for Game Informer Online. She's worked hard at trying to get this job so it's great to finally see it pay off. Check out one of her first articles where she gives an in depth preview of Mario Kart Wii.
Toneman has retired his cat with bow tie avatar. It has now been replaced with Cutie Honey's version of Toneman's avatar. I'm going to miss that freaky avatar of his.
DJMegaMatX, Toneman, King3vbo, and LostCrichton get hammered and play some Rock Band at a bar. Then they all went back to King3vbo and had an orgy. That's not true. I'm not funny.
Excremento has come out of hiding and has released a new Weird Kid's Top 10. Kind of ironic that the topic is about the top 10 ways to die in a videogame.
zell competed in one of the GameStop tournaments and won that crappy trophy they were giving away. Awesome job buddy, don't display the trophy in the open.
