Some games have achievements worth 1 point, 7 points, 73 points (You Don't Know Jack), and other crap like that. As long as the total equals 1000 for retail or 200 for arcade, the achievements themselves can be worth any amount of gamer points.

I seriously don't see the appeal of this, personally. Achievements and Trophies don't really do anything for me.

I don't think there is any reliable source on the total gamerscore possible. It's a moving figure with game announcements and releases happening all the time, you could estimate it with a bit of digital legwork.

That was a p. epic video. I've been following his blog for like a year and a half and his commitment to it is absolutely insane.
I'd estimate that at most, Stallion83 has around 50% of all possible gamerscore. Probably a great deal less than that.

I love achievements too but this guy takes it to the next level. And he even manages to keep a decently cute blonde girl around at the same time. Kudos to him.

I can't imagine the crap he had to play through to get those achievements.
I'm honestly more proud of some of the crazier achievements I've gotten rather than my overall gamerscore. And I'm very proud to have all the Condemned achievements.

I think if I'd have just one measly trophy I would have more trophies than him. My guess is that he can't spend any time on the PS3 when getting all those achievement on the 360. So my words weren't that bold.

I'm really the complete opposite of most of you. While I'm curious how he divides his time, I'm more envious than anything, although I'm sure there isn't much difference in exactly how we do things. The difference is he never stops for completion purposes or gets stuck on a game he loves.
My gamerscore just hit 120,000k, but realistically, if I didn't obsess over 100%Ing things or play certain multiplayer games for long periods of time, id easily prob have over 300k. I mean, I played Gears 1 for almost every day for two years. Plus GRAW 1/2, and BC1 for similar amounts so its not too unrealistic to think I could be much higher. Also take into consideration that he has a console from every region and replays games and it makes more sense.
I play a majority of my free time, and still manage to get laid frequently and even go out and drink on many occasions/be social. The gamer stereotype doesn't apply to us all!
