Since when Apple care for this kinda thing? Apple just care about receiving their share, not about people using copyrighted material or deceiving people. Google and their android is like that too.

On my way to make a game called angry tirds, with the graphics lifted from Civilization V and Bioshock Infinite. Its like printing money.
Perhaps "ninja turtles" is generic enough an idea that they can get away with it, as long as the said turtles are neither teenage nor mutant.
Meh. There are thousands of games on iOS - Google's Android Marketplace is even worse, and XBL Indie lets things slip on occasion.

GOTY, my dad's uncle's sister was on the dev team and she said Ninja Turtles 2 is coming by the end of this year and she said it will have pre-rendered backgrounds from Bubsy 3D and cost $10.

I bought this and was outraged! These ninja turtles were neither teenage nor mutant! CLEARLY a scam. I bet Shredder is just an office appliance, too! And, BTW, this is Splinter:

Apple cares, but they only seem to care when a game or app has boobs in it. Last time I heard of a game being taken off the app store it was something based on these magazines were the pages open in 3 sections and you can get a girl down to her panties (I think it had something to do with Japanese fashion, it wasn't outright porn or anything like that).. Any way.. Jobs took huge issue with it and personally got it dismissed from the store.
