From time to time I get some swag that stands out from the rest. Whether it's the
Star Fox barf bag or a
Katamari hand puppet, making your swag standout is something like an inside competition among gaming PR heads. Well, check out this bountiful feast that landed on my desk this morning.
Apparently meant to promote the upcoming
Need for Speed Carbon, I got this primo package of Diesel junk that not only makes me look like an ass but feel like one as well. As you can see, I've got the leather driving gloves (doesn't matter that I live in NYC where driving doesn't exist for most residents), some cool Kanye West-sized shades and some junky key chain thing that I still have no idea what the hell it really is.
So, did EA succeed in buying my undying affection for the
Need for Speed series with this uber gear? I don't think so, but I appreciate the gesture.
