It took me a moment or two to realize that the first fan-fic you were reading was an Outlaw Star fan-fic. I feel ashamed for realizing it before you said it. I also find it funny that an episode with so much content related to fan fiction meanders onto the topic of Twilight, which is essentially fan fiction of the worst kind.

No matter how bad you feel your fan fiction is, take solace in the fact that you can be honest with yourself about it's quality, unlike Stephanie Meyer, who has legions of fans willing to tell her how great an author she is, movies based on her books, and money. The ego of this over-glorified fan fiction writer will never subside, I fear.

I know I am probably going to be in the minority here, but is there somewhere other than the front page we could post this "HAWP" stuff?

The reason I request this is two fold.
1) I don't give a shit because it's not gaming news. I don't think that a gaming website should be saturated with news about peoples family lives, other otherside project BS. If I like what you do, and follow you or whatever, I will come and find you. However, while something like snarky commentary on a new video game is one thing, the CosPlay at home feel of HAWP is just not video game news. This is not an issue of production quality. This goes along with my feelings of stuff like Jim's "Video Game Show: What I've done." None of that is news worth and therefor should not be put on the front page. I gave a couple of the editors at Kotaku the same feeling and got banned for it. So what. I know what kind of community THAT is anyway.

While it's not like I don't give a shit what you do with you free time, (I am only mildly interested) I don't need it eating up the front page of my VIDEOGAME news site. More or less my RSS feeds and everything else that touches this site.

wow the HAWP casts are amazing :D

I'm digging the HAWPcasts. While they may not be 100% videogame related, they definitely fit with the tone and culture of the site. Also, your fan fic is the best thing ever created... and you were 13 - awesome.

1. Love these, keep posting! Don't like, don't read.

2. Would be nice to have a "don't show comments from avatarless trolls" button.

I love this podcast, so far it's the only one I actually look forward to since there are only 2 people talking to keep track of and there isn't already a plethora of inside jokes I'll never get.

Make sure you either post links or call them out when you visit sites, I like following you guys around the internet.
