I feel somewhat sorry for mass effect 3. I know I am not alone when I say I won't be getting the game anytime soon entirely due to the online pass deal. Love the voice acting, and enjoyed part 1 and 2, but EA is going through a lot of effort to force us gamers to make a stand for, or against, online passes. I am against. They should have just offered a bunch of in game incentives to first time buyers during the first month, rather than try to screw the used market.
Also I think this is there best trailer so far for not focusing on Sheperd shooting at Reapers for the 100th time! I like the character moments they showed in this. Also Diana Allers looks really ugly!
Pretty pumped for this, but I sure hope James Vega's not as much of a douche as he looks. Since he's voiced by Freddy Prinze Jr., though... I sure he will be. I really hope Jack's back to balance him out. It'd be cool to see her calling him out on being a dumbass or something. Kinda like the Morrigan/Alistair banter in DA: O.
I f***ing love Martin Sheen, he is so boss. ARGH I just want to see what Illusive Man is up to, because he was played SO WELL in ME2. It's like Sheen held that game together, ARGH can't wait.

So Jessica Chobot, IGN video girl, got a real part in a video game? Not sure how I feel about that. And I didn't see Tali listed, so I will immediately begin being paranoid that they took her out of the game.
I've got to say, where the hell is the hardass British guy from the first trailer? Would have LOVED to have him on board, especially as I'm pretty sure he was voiced by Simon Pegg.

All I know about Jessica Chobot is she got famous for licking a PSP. And now she's in Mass Effect 3. I'm not gonna connect the dots there, but it probably involved more licking.
Nice to see that Chobot's shameless self promotion campaign from last year paid off in the end. I wouldn't have minded if she was just a minor voice "actor" in the game but the last thing I want to see in my Mass Effect universe is her dopey moon face. Blech.
@Those justifying Chobot's existence in Mass Effect 3: I love Mass Effect more than anyone I know, why the fuck didn't I get cast in it? That is the stupidest excuse I've heard for anything in a LONG time. Like I said, I will fuck her character and then kill her as soon as I get the chance.

Am I the only one that has a problem with a gaming journalist being given a VA role in a game that 1) is going to be reviewed on her website and 2) Said review will have a financial impact on the game?

I think you'd still be able to import the save game from steam, even though you've bought ME3 from Origin.

Gilbert Godfrey is a voice actor, too. Doesn't mean he would be a good choice for Mass Effect.
I'd pay big bucks for a Gilbert Gottfried voiced Shepard.
She was in the game because she LOVES it. IGN is a huge site and she would always talk about it on there and on the podcasts and stuff.
Just cos she's a girl doesn't mean she isn't a huge fan of the series. I doubt it is a huge role anyway, but fair play to her.
Freddy Prince also seems to love Mass Effect.
