...wat?
I get where they are PROBABLY going with this. Dracul, father of Dracula.
But then, where do the other Belmont come from? I guess, Mirror of Fate?
doubt it'll manage to catch the spirit, but it'll be a good game nevertheless.
I youtubed it yesterday and also found that these kind of imporatant story element sin the DLC are told in an animated illustration/graphic novel style rather than cut scenes like the main game.
I hope they do something to bridge the gap between teh 2 main releases, since I've no intention of ever gettign the DLC.
I have to say that I love the aesthetics of this reboot, Gameplay of War be damned. Grr... I hate admitting defeat, but I may have to get this.
Okay, big spoiler here:
He's not Dracula, he's Dracul.
As in Vlad the Second, father of Vlad the Third (A.K.A. Vlad The Impaler)
Dracula means "Son of the Dragon".
Dind't know the original PlayStation is such a power house :), but maybe you are talking about the PlayStation 3
I liked Castlevania: LoS, so I'm looking forward to LoS2. I hope I don't have to buy and play an 3DS to enjoy LoS 2...
How great would it be if thats Alucard at the end, but instead of "remaking" SotN, they show it from Dracula's perspective. Sounds like a cool way not to "spoil" SotN, by making Alucard the final boss you lose to, instead of playing as Alucard and killing Dracula.
SPOILER WARNING!
Gabriel is Dracul, NOT Dracula.
The guy in the end is most probably Dracula, not Alucard. They both look very similar since Symphony of the Night.

"For those who don't know, Gabriel is Dracula..."
No, he is NOT. He's --> Dracul, the Dragon <---.
Not the same guy.
I'm calling it right now.
