It looks like she's capable of powering up with her gravity powers, just like the game, and she's available today for Japanese Vita owners. There's no word yet on a localization.
Personally, I'm a huge fan of Kat, as I think she is not only a great example of a strong female character, but she is also extremely likeable. I hope there's a Gravity Rush 2 in the pipeline, and it would be exciting to see her as a DLC character in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale -- I can imagine she'd have some fairly cool movesets.
