Here's what it looks like to Punch-Out!! Doc Louis photo

Curious as to what it looks like to strap on Little Mac's gloves and punch your trainer, Doc Lous in the face?

Here's your answer, the first screens from the Club Nintendo exclusive WiiWare title, a one-on-one against your trainer As you can see, the game utilizes the engine for the recently-release Punch-Out!! for the Wii and does not require that game to play.

All you need in order to kick Doc's ass is to be a Platinum-level member of Club Nintendo. You have until August 11 to make your choice; good luck with that.

Well, Doc, I joined the Nintendo Fun Club... are ya happy now?!

As much as I really REALLY wanted this, I had to go with the Mario hat. It just seems more worth it in the long run. I'm going to wear that freakin hat EVERYWHERE.

this is pretty cool, but noa has a lot of ground to make up. i'm waiting on my code as well, but i still expect some better shwag to choose from. i've got over 1100 pts and nothing to spend them on!

That's right, I don't like Punch Out. I *never* liked Punch Out. I like it even less now that I'm saddled with the belief the it cost me that sexy SNES controller that I must now buy on eBay after holding off for months on the pretense that it would likely be our Platinum payoff and I would finally be able to play Mega Man 9 with an appropriate device. Fuck you, Doc. Fuck you for making me write run-on sentances.

Hmmmm, as tempting as this is, I think I might go w/ the hat. This'll most likely just sit on my Wii after I play it a few times. Had it been part of the retail version of Punch-Out!!, then it would be more tempting.

i'll never get this cuz i'll never have enough coins, i registered my dsi and a couple games (not including the 40+ things i registered aways back) and i still only have the 16 coins you get for filling out a survey. no comprende.

Although I would love to beat up that coach, I decided to get myself the hat. With all of the work I do now, I barely play my Wii at all, so having a nice, official Mario hat is a nice enough gift.

I found the hat to be of more appeal. I mean, Doc can't be THAT hard to beat. I fucked up Mr. Dream, I'd do the same to him.

I think I'm just going to look for it online and play it that way. Much easier. And I get both the hat and game if I do that.
