Here's the conversation that spawned Destroy All Humans! photo

Do you ever wonder where the ideas behind some of your favorite videogames come from? Of course you do, you're reading this Web site, silly.

After recently running across an old email chain that resulted in the birth of Destroy All Humans!, Harmonix's Dan Teasdale has graciously thrown the entire conversation up on his blog for all to see.

For anyone who enjoys bragging about their knowledge of completely useless yet interesting game-related facts to friends, you will want to check the post out. While it may not be as cool as the infamous scrapped Resident Evil 4 video, it's really interesting nonetheless. Go check it out!

I liked the ideas regarding conspiracy theories and a "mature/humorous" game that linked all those celebrity and politician deaths... And how one of them contemplated making Destroy All Humans a Zim-licensed game for all of two seconds before tossing that idea out the window...
