Really need to get into this side series, the only Warriors games I've got so far are the first Gundam one and the 3DS launch title...
I really hope that this is closer to Warriors Orochi 2 than Dynasty Warriors 7 in terms of how they handle powering up your characters. I still play Warriors Orochi 2 and DW7 was collecting dust before I even had a chance to beat it (although the lack of decent splitscreen and exclusion of DW7XL from the 360 didn't exactly help.)
Not a hydra, just alot of dragons. Used to really enjoy the series for some laid back hack and slash action, but now I think they need to make the game engine far better than the last game I played; enemy pop-in etc.
Those are deff not just dragons and not just any ole hydra either.... thats Orochi!! The "REAL" one not the ugly snake human design. Im guessing after his defeat he has come back in his true form.... lovin it! Make it happen in the US Koei!!!
So basically these games are sliding into Onimusha territory. FYI Jim, the multi-headed dragon is the Orochi from the title http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orochi
