Here is a ludicrous amount of screenshots for the Square Enix-published action game NieR. These screens show off both NieR Gestalt and NieR Replicant. The Western release will just give us one version of the game, while Japan gets 360 and PS3 variants, featuring slightly different protagonists. Oddness.
In any case, these screens contain a healthy mixture of violence, half-naked demon intersex girls, and weird midgets with Moons for heads. That's pretty much all you need from a videogame, so I'm quite looking forward to NieR, even if the graphics do look slightly washed out and not so great.

Nier Gestalt: Manly older male lead. Possible dickgirl plays the same supporting role.
Nier Gestalt will be released on PS3 and Xbox 360 in Europe and America, and will be simply called Nier.
Hope that clears stuff up.
But Prototype got boring after a couple of hours of doing the same thing.
Hopefully this game will take fun seriously, and find new ways of giving it to us over the course of the game.
